About Trap Coven
Trap Coven is a supernatural mystery comic about two aspiring young rappers whose lives change when they catch the attention of hip-hop superstar Mardi Raw.
Mardi brings Gummi G and Kee to America with the promise of an opportunity to pursue their music careers. The two women come from very different backgrounds, but they have something unusual in common: they are witches.
As Gummi and Kee settle into their new lives, strange events begin drawing them into mysteries involving magic, hidden places, and people whose connections to the supernatural aren’t always what they seem. They quickly discover that being witches doesn’t mean they understand the world they’ve stepped into—or the forces operating inside it.
Trap Coven blends supernatural mystery, hip-hop culture, comedy, horror, and character-driven storytelling.
